Read agreement with parent/guardian. Print out form, fill out, initial and sign.

Athletic fees = Standard fee for league play
Team fee = Tournaments, hotels, team gear, coaches expenses (calculated each season)

Please hand in your athletic agreement to your coach and pay your fees online through MyEd. Athletes may play once completed.

Athletic Fees
Athletic Package 2023-2024
It is important that the athletic package is read in its entirety. The athletic package and athletic agreement form will be references through the season. Each year the athletic package may change to reflect outdated rules or new expectations.

Athletic fees for each team/season are outlined below. The athletic fee covers league play, refs, scorekeepers and an athletic shirt. Team fees are to be created by coaches to cover all tournament costs, including hotels, and team gear.
